Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Made-to-Order & Custom Dresses
Many of our wedding dresses and gowns are made-to-order, which requires additional tailoring time:
- Production Time: 10–20 business days
- Shipping Time: Based on destination (see above)
Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Shipping carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@dreamybrides.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
